Everything you need to get your Google Business Profile up and running with us is below.
Let's get you up and running
There are just two things we need from you before we can get started.
Step 1 — Give us access to your Google Business Profile
Please add the following people to your Google Business Profile:

- Sign in to the Google account that owns your Google Business Profile.
- Go to Google and search your business name.
- Open your Business Profile.
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Select "Business Profile settings".
- Select "People and access".
- Click "Add".
- Add the Presidian email addresses above using the access levels shown.
- Click "Invite".
That's it. We'll accept the invitations on our end.

Once you've sent the invitations, you don't need to wait for us to accept them. Move straight to Step 2.
Step 2 — Complete your onboarding form
This gives us the information we need to understand your business, your services, the areas you want to reach and what you want the profile to achieve.
Once you've completed both steps, you're done.
We'll take it from there.

Once we have access and your onboarding form, we begin the audit and deep dive.
We audit your business and market
We review your Google Business Profile, website, services, competitors and the searches that matter.
We rebuild and optimise your profile
We aim to complete the initial optimisation within seven days of receiving everything we need.
We send you a full update
We'll explain what has been done, what happens next and anything else we need from you.
Ongoing management begins
We continue managing and improving the profile week to week and keep you updated along the way.
We review the first month with you
Before you move into the ongoing Found First service, we'll review how everything is looking and the plan moving forward.

What we'll need from you over time
Photos
The more genuine photos we have of your business, team, work, premises and customers or projects where appropriate, the better.
Reviews
Reviews are one of the strongest trust signals available to your profile. We'll help you make the process of asking for them as easy as possible.

Keeping you updated
We'll keep you updated throughout the process rather than leaving you wondering what's happening.
If we need anything from you, we'll let you know. And if you ever need anything from us, simply reply to one of our emails.
Your ongoing Found First service
Your initial payment covers your first 30 days, including the audit, initial optimisation and commencement of ongoing management.
After your first month, your profile moves into ongoing Found First management at the rate agreed when you joined.
A note on results
Google Business Profile performance builds over time. Some changes can have an impact relatively quickly, while others take longer as Google reassesses and understands the profile.
We don't guarantee particular rankings or lead numbers within a specific timeframe. Our role is to continually strengthen the profile, improve its visibility and give it the best opportunity to perform over time.
